Avatar upgrades?
Games?
Movie rental?

I spend mine on avatar upgrades and a few games. Never on movie rentals, I'd rather buy the dvd.

Arcade games and DLC are the only things I buy on Live.I never buy Avatar items as they're a waste of money(the only exception was the "Save Carmine" t-shirt but that was for charity) or movie rentals because there's a rental store a couple of mins walk from my house

DLC. Arcade games rarely.
Avatar items equally rarely.
So mostly DLC...
I used to buy a lot of things, like avatar items and gamer pictures, when I first got Gold and was less mature, and excited about having Live.

Arcade games and DLC. I've bought a couple of avatar items such as the Metro 2033 ranger armour and the CoD riot shield, but these are rare purchases indeed. I also occasionally use my points to watch HD films from Zune because it saves be having to buy a Blu-Ray player.

I spend my points on DLC and Arcade games. I haven't grabbed anything from netflix or, the Zune marketplace. My latest transactions?

Dead Money (New Vegas DLC)
Case West (XBLA Dead Rising thing)
The Misadventures of P.B. Winterbottom (XBLA Original)
Stacking (XBLA Original, not fully unlocked)
Nobel Map Pack (Halo Reach DLC)
Pinball FX 2, Marvel tables (XBLA Original, not fully unlocked)
Pinnacle Station (Mass Effect DLC)
Several Marilyn Manson tracks (Guitar Hero: Warriors of Rock)

A recent birthday has left me with a lot more MS-points than I normally have...and I still have enough to unlock more things. I am likely going to unlock Stacking and the Marvel Pinball tables. Or I may go with option C: hold onto my remaining points until Mass Effect 2's next bit of DLC is released.

If anyone has read this far and has 800msP, I strongly suggest downloading the trial of Winterbottom and Stacking. The Pinball FX2 is also addicting. Case West is difficult and the Noble maps don't show up in MM-SWAT yet.

I buy lots of arcade games and DLC when it's available outside of the US (so... rarely). Most recently I bought the arcade game "Stacking".

Also DLC and games here. No way could I pass up a remake of Perfect Dark, and it's nice to have the Sonic games on my Xbox just 'cos. I'll only bother with DLC rarely though, Mass Effect 2 and such.

DLC. Mainly for Fallout games and occassionally map packs for multiplayer games if I'm extremely keen on them. Sometimes I spend them on Arcade Games (Castle Crashers is my best buy yet). Basically, if it's for an RPG or if I can enjoy it on local 4-player multiplayer I'll get it.

My worst buy has to be the remake of the original Perfect Dark. Everyone told me to get it and I find it extremely boring and underwhelming. I much prefer Perfect Dark: Zero. Go go gadget flameshield!

I blow mine on DLC's, and that one time I rebought Mass Effect so I could get my character where I wanted...

There's no way in hell I'd blow my hard earned cash on avatar crap...

this isnt my name said:
Just dlc, I dont give a fuck about my avatar.
And dont buy arcade games, why buy a small game that wont be that entertaining, when I can expand on a game I enjoy.
This. The games I enjoy, I want to play more, so I grab the DLC for it. So far the only ones I've gotten are the dark corners maps for Gears 2, and Broken steel, operation ancharage (sp?) and the pitt (the worst one. Ugh.) for Fallout 3.

Mostly on DLC and arcade games. And now that I've got a 250GB hardrive I've been buying a few Games on Demand. Old stuff that I never got around to playing like Red Faction, Prototype, Viva Pinata, or Just Cause 2.

But here recently I've rented movies and bought seasons of a few shows. Its cheaper than buying the DVD of the Seasons. Walking dead was somewhere between $10-$15, whereas the DVD will probably cost $20-$30. And the movie rental place in town has notoriously bad quality DVDs. Plus my girlfriend isn't really good enough for mainstream co-op games yet so normally we watch something instead.
