As someone who got the season pass......
...It was clearly stated first DLC would be just cosmetics and thus I do not feel particularly ripped off, though granted I'm still going to wait for next dlc which promises actual content before I embark on another xcom 2 game.
The best thing the new firaxis xcoms do is allow you to play barbie with your soldiers so I welcome any pack that adds 100+ options, combined with the cosmetic mods you can find in the workshop, this makes for plenty of dressing up fun! :3

As an aside, the prospect of a "new class" doesn't excite me as much as it used to. I've added like what, 30 new classes to my game already thanks to mods? Though I guess the official new classes are going to have fancy new abilities you probably can't make just by editing a few XML files. I'd love to see MECs and gene mods return though... Enemy Within made Xcom1 awesome.
