Yet another picture thread

I have this sneaking suspicion that all your problems to do with this behaviour could be solved by simply not clicking on the thread. Of course, that would presume that you don't get catharsis from your supposedly justified whining at human behaviour, and that all you really want to do is complain about it.

Complain about it and let people know I am, thank you very much.

Well...I suppose the female population could compliment a guy's appearance on here once in a while.

Ugh, no, look, I don't care what gender is handing out the compliments. It is still lonely nerd behaviour, and it is still irritating as fuck.

Besides, they do, remember? All the women flock in sometime around the halfway point of the thread's liftime, pick the one guy who has neither acne nor multiple chins, and proceed to flood him with praise. He then takes it upon himself to hit on all of them, and the thread is derailed for maybe six pages with their sickening banter.
I would like to skip out on that sometime. It's not likely to ever happen, but still. A guy can dream.

I don't have acne to any alarming degree, nor do I have multiple chins but I think I've received one compliment in the entirety of my time on here posting in a thread like this here and there. I don't do it for some ego boost, I do it just because it seems fun to see other people on here and why not let them know what I look like as well?

If you don't want to do it, its fine, but it seems like a bigger cry for attention when you put it the way that you do.

There have been times I have returned to this place and seen a flourishing thread nearing its last legs, only to avoid clicking on it. When you see this stuff enough, you eventually begin to just sort of assume it is there.
