I've got a nice little kiosk one room away from the final boss, selling the best weapons in the game, at 1000% prices.
Crates of tea and sacks of potatoes.

Whatever I sell, I'll make sure to jack up the price everytime the heroes make a major accomplishment. Other than that I would probably sell magical scrolls and enchanted equipment.

I'm selling all the rarest weapons and armours in the game at a impossible prices. My purpose is to taunt them that I got it right in front of them and they can't have it. 
I'd set up shop in the Elder Scrolls series. And I'd sell anything that would turn a profit.

XD Actually, in all seriousness, I'd probably be selling weapons, heal potions, and upgrades, as well as do some forging and attaching spells and such to weapons on the side. And maybe do a rent a mount. And Of course I sell to both sides, I mean why not.
The good guy goes and buys a sword, the bad guy goes and buys a sword. both hurt each other and maybe walk away, then come to me for healing and a more powerful weapon, as well as a mount to go find they guy they're after. I could essentially pay for everything for the rst of my life, my children's lives, and my children's children's lives just on the money I'd be making on two people.
And hten I'd do some minor investing in the whore houses and such. Come on, I'm a business major, I'm designed to make money.
