I'd go to FFX-land and sell Ethers, experience Spheres of many types (and Variable-{Weaponname}s) and Guns. I'd coin it in like you wouldn't believe.
Certainly that's the stuff I'd like to be buying, but noooooo you can't do that for some reason.

recovery items. weak healing, medium healing, strong healing, remove status effect, add buffer and other such things...really, I'd be buying stuff that the Protagonist out leveled a while back

I would sell stuff in the middle. Some new things but not the best tier. I would be loved.
See, the first thing I do is go to the shop in an RPG. I am then disappointed by there wares. In the middle I am excited about the new stuff and happy. At the end the BFG is sold but I'm sad because I know that it's the last weapon.

Weapons, only the finest and most OP of all weapons are sold by me, the last weapons vendor before the final fight against the uber evil thing I could likely easily take down myself but am too busy making toast.

I'd sell minions and advice to the main villain so that he doesn't fuck up like most villains seem to do in RPGs.
