"Death is not a hunter unbeknownst to its prey; one is always aware that it lies in wait. Though life is merely a journey to the grave, it must not be undertaken without hope. Only then will a traveler's story live on, cherished by those who bid him farewell."

There's someone I love very much, and the thought of being taken from her hurts more than the thought of dying itself.

I am so glad to see several people listing Doctor Who as the last music they wanted to hear. Season 5 had a supurb soundtrack to it that always gets me going. Also, "Always look on the Bright Side of Life" was an exselent choice that sould have been the first song to come into my mind. =)

I would like to hear one of two songs one my way out, both of which were writen by Enter the Haggis (look them up if you don't know them, you may very well be plesantly suprised): "One Last Drink" or "Down with the Ship." The former is about an old man on his death bed who decides not to go out quietly, but rather with a huge party among all of his friends.

The latter is a song about standing by those close to you no matter what happens, and the mutual strength gained therin. Both are good songs on their own and thematicaly appropriate.

We are all dying. Every single day of our lives we are only traveling closer to death.

This is still the only thing in existence that can truly touch my soul.

I know it has already been posted, but such a thing cannot heard enough times.

I'm not going out peacefully, that's for sure.

Side note: How does one embed into the post?

Hmmm...honestly it's so hard to choose I mean this is the last song I'm ever going to hear...and I have some songs I love. I think that Scissor Sisters "I can't decide" would be kind of funny...then again I've absolutely fallen in love with Mumford and Sons, if you haven't heard White Blank Page go listen now....

But if I had to choose....I guess...

After all Kingdom Hearts is all about friendship and I think is what my last thoughts would be of. The people who matter most to me. Yes I am sappy but I don't care.

Why by Ayaka. Zack Fair died to it, and that was damn sad to watch. It's just a very good song for "Yeah, I'm dying. This is emotional. Deal with it."

Other Possible Songs:

Why or Why Not (Katakiri Rekka): It seems like a song that'd play while someone dies, which is ironic because it's from the Higurashi anime. People died a lot in that anime. Though no one's really explained what the hell happened to Rena in the second ark....

The Price of Freedom (from Crisis Core): If I was to die fighting, this would be the song I'd want to go down with. It played in the final battle in Crisis Core (yes, I need to get off Crisis Core and move on) and it was just really sad. Most cry worthy battle in the world.

Dango Daikazoku (from Clannad): It seems so.... I can't describe it. You just feel so peaceful while listening to the song, and it feels like you're being sung to sleep. So if I were to slowly drift away into death, Dango Daikazoku would be the option for me.

That's enough for now.
