The last weapon I used was the tranquilizer gun from MGS4. Which puts enemies to sleep. So technically I'm not dead.

For me, the laser rfile from DX:HR. My feelings would vary based on whether it was a a clean, surgical shot through the head, or a vertical bisection like what Goldfinger was about to do to Bond.

The latter would really REALLY suck.

Technically speaking though (if you don't count fists as weapons) the last weapon I used was the Lancer from Gears of War 2. Less enthusiastic about being cut in half by a chainsaw. I think I'll take my beating from Juri.
