I would pick a direction and start walking.
I could travel as much as I wanted, because I wouldn't have to eat.
I would take all kinds of risks, like going to dangerous places and doing dangerous things.
I don't think I would go out of my way to harm myself, as I imagine it would still be painful.
Although I might try jumping out of a plane with no parachute.

I would also make a point of running my mouth at someone really dangerous. Like gang members. Yeah, I'd go pick a fight with a gang. Just for the hell of it.

well if I am to think about it seriously.....I think I'd just stock up on tons of paper, crayons, PC's games etc, all I need in case of an apocalipse(maybe wait for a few years for a portable ....thing that generates constant energy----Heh those PC-s aren't running on air wre they..), and just play games, and draw, and play some more, and draw......
Science is a waste of time after some point.Biologically speaking a human uses 3% of their brain while having the mental capacities of Einstien.....Soooo Yeah you may be smart but the brain is in itself a hard Drive, and once you run out of space......you're screwed if there's no method to stock your memory or sumthing....bah , anyways im sticking to my tablets and papers and pencils and drawings :p
Happy eternity....xD

1. Pay off my debt as quickly as possible. Interest can be a pain especially after a century or two of compounding.

2. Put everything into the bank and not buy anything until I can live off the interest. This includes food since I can recover from starvation.

3. Keep a low profile, but prevent tyrants from gaining too much power. It's like mowing the lawn.

4. Whine to children about "When I was your age, we didn't have blabi blabi and blabi bah." I know it would get funnier during each generation.

5. Get married and stay faithful - till death do we part.

Honestly, I would live my life without fear of death, take more risks; I would be more outgoing. However, when I reach to age of 100, I will destroy my self. Everyone I grew up with will be on their way out or are already dead. As I see it, immortality won't be too fun without any one to share it with.
I could just be an emotionally stunted person but why is this always the conclusion immortal scenarios come to? I mean yes I'd hate to see my friends die but there's nothing stopping you from making new friends.
Because then you would live to see them all die off, and then the next batch of friends, ad nauseum. Forming strong bonds to people only to have them die is tragic, and having it happen over and over would be emotionally devastating. You would either need to give up on those bonds, and lose a large part of what makes you human (as we are social creatures), or limit yourself to a single human experience.

But this is just my opinion, you personally may not see the loss of a friend or lover as tragic as I do or simply believe that time (as provided by immortality) will heal any wound.
I have asperger's syndrome, forming a strong relationship is rather hard |D but yes, I do believe time heals all wounds.

what if i am old how does eternal youth work if i am over 70?
At that point, I think you'd start de-aging. It'd be like Benjamin Button only you stop when you hit about 18-21.

Probably freak out. Living forever would suck.

Then probably donate myself to science. I mean I'm pretty much an organ farm now

I would make unlimited amounts of cash by using the fact that i am immortal to gain celebrity status. I would use this to do everything i could think of doing in life itself that i might enjoy and do it in the best way. I'd also tell various other celebrities exactly what i think of them because frankly an immortal guy would have to be forgiven for being a little arrogant.

Then i'd piss off the world of celebrity by completely vanishing, thus leaving anyone sad enough to be that occupied with the idea of 'celebrity' instead of their own life, completely miserable that their favourite person left them.

Then some other long winded plans would be drawn up, e.g, performing stand up comedy from the balcony of the Vatican to a chorus of boos from those Roman Catholics just for the sake of banter.

Start to make money, lots of it. Mainly by robbing store's and killing people just for fun - because let's face it, after an eternity manipulation and destruction of people is going to be the only fun you'll ever have again

Okay, let's have a thought experiment. If you can regrow an arm in a week (as per the OPs specifications), does that mean that doing resistance training (muscle building) would be near-instantaneous? So you lift a weight and you instantly heal all the newly formed tears? And what about bone strength and stuff. Could you do impact training without the negative effect of f***ing voer your ligaments?

If so, I'd probably join the military. After all, immortal, can't die, regenerate from damage (meaning no being paralysed or losing a leg or something), and it would be one of the most physically challenging things I could do (and when you can easily become physically awesome, why not try and push yourself, there isn't exactly a risk). And you know, defending your country is another bonus (if you like your country and consider it worthwhile joining the military to defend it), and if you are there, then whoever would ahve been there instead of you doesn't risk death. So everytime you 'die' or are severely injured, you probably just saved someone else from a fate that you can't have.

Also, the physical and combat training would be nice to have for when you leave (you could then branch out into other physical activities like parkour, sports, law enforcement, superheroism, vigilante justice-type stuff.

I'd be mighty depressed by this. I've effectively gone from retiring in 30 years to never retiring at all...unless I should be lucky enough to win a massive lottery.

It's like I've died and gone to hell.

I would live out my youth then publicly kill myself and once I regenerated I would flee the country, start a new life and never return...

Conquer the world, unite humanity by force. Purge everyone I don't like.

Spread out into space and crush the xenos. Start wars for laughs. Typical God Emperor stuff.

I'd be the happiest I'd ever been, as my only true fear in life would have been rendered invalid.

I'd then probably invest in some elaborate insurance scam.

Probably find a way to profit off it ... wait. I woudl fuck up religion by claiming I was the messiah of ALL of them! YES!! Noone could prove me wrong. I would make shittons of money out of gullible people (mainly scientology followers) and fuck the worldbalance. Then I would go and become lord of Africa and bring the third world to a new era with my power...

Or just stay at home and play PC.
