I would master every language, learn everything I can about as much technology as possible, learn how to build things, experiment on myself to see if I can increase regeneration rates or if I can truly induce death, since I would definitely not want to end up wasting away in a black hole or go through the universe dying/being reborn over and over.

Stuff like that. Oh and start a savings account. What I spend on food would be going there. And then I would be some sort of billionaire in a few hundred years or so. Yaaaay~

I'd collect big on long-term investment planning, laugh at the funerals of people I don't like, and fund interstellar travel.

Adverse side effects? Gone in a week or so.
And most importantly, lots of money.

Apart from that, I guess I'd do more dangerous activities - you know, skydiving, parkour, etc.
There's only so much a body can be damaged before the pain becomes routine.

trolling questions aside, I'd do lots of immoral things up to and including murder. I'd also get to watching 30 rock like everybody always tells me I should.

OH! Well, I'd stick with my daily schedule of pillaging towns and raising an army of the dead to do my bidding. It's worked well so far, and the dead are much more interesting to talk to than the living.

Finish my education, work as a scientist for a while, hopefully making a few important breakthroughs, try my hand at the fields of physics and mathematics instead of biology. Read a lot of books. Write and publish a book. Learn about art and art history. Learn how to draw, paint, sculpt. Create some artistic works. Listen to a lot of music. Learn how to play a lot of instruments. Maybe become a famous musician if I'm lucky. Play lots of games. Learn programming. Develop a game, or lots of games. Master one or more sports. Become competitive in sports. Teach schools. Get into politics, just so that I can be responsible for raising the intelligence and competence of the average politician. Travel across the world. Go into space. Pioneer the journey to another planet.

That's just off the top of my head. How long do you think that'll keep me busy? Two, three hundred years? That's plenty of time to find more stuff to do.
