Ok, first you get a hold of the All Spark (from Transformers), then you make your way to the desert where all the infamous E.T game cartridges were buried and bring them to life. Get them hooked on illegal substances then make a trail that leads to the building. Once they enter the building, they activate the bomb inside seeing as they were the final key needed.
Here's the checklist:
Something that explodes.
Something that makes stuff explodable stuff explode.
Something that really sucks (it would now be crossed out seeing as the cartidges just entered the building)

Boom, building explodes and I effectively take out two birds with one stone (stone being a metaphor for a masive wad of C4)

Seeing as that made no sense whatsoever, I'll just Carpet Bomb it while smoking a cigar (back turned to the explosion of course) and telling nearby people how "I'm tired of this motherfucken building, on this motherfucken street!"

If it's a tall building, I would have fun. I'd start with the top floor, and just break shit, and go down level by level so I could do whatever I wanted without destroying the structural integrity. A few levels with different explosives, some sledge-hammer swing-age, maybe even bring up a few different vehicles and crash them through stuff (bailing out before I go through a wall, obviously).

Then, this combo of six nuclear bombs and a space shuttle should be enough to destroy the sun, if not, then i have SIX more of them in the back seat.
Then, to destroy the universe and the debris of sun with the debris of building on them, this black hole should do the trick. Wait...where's my black hole? Oh well, this a sub-atomic paradox should be enough to implode the universe.
(Note: There are no sub-atomic paradoxes, it would not implode the universe, and I know that sub-atomic has absolutely nothing to do with paradoxes nor can you create one. I just needed to say something slightly scientific sounding)
