well, i have just checked it out and it does come with the entire lot. all weapons pack, costumes, and every mission like kasumi, overlord, etc.
unexpected to be honest but certainly not complaining about it.

It seems to come with anything you've previously bought. I've already got the retail version and have bought some of the extra content, but not all of it. The content that I had bought is available for download and the content that I haven't bought still asks for Bioware points.

So I do have some DLC such as Lair of the Shadow Broker and Kasumi, I don't have the Overlord Pack or Arrival. Since they seem to cost $11 worth of Bioware points each I'm not inclined to buy them. Especailly as they don't say what currency the price is in so it may well be US dollars, which would be more that $11 in Australian dollars.
