I'm a tranny, so I've checked out Wandering Son, and I'm currently at book 9 of Black Jack, but I gotta admit that I'm not familiar with Faust. What's it about?

Well, Wikipedia says Faust is basically Tezuka's reinterpretation of the classic German tale about the titular character doing a deal with the Devil, Mephisto. It was published in 1950. I can't find much more about it on the internet, though.
