You favourite condiment(ish thing)

A sandwich filling isn't called a "condiment". "Condiments" are stuff like ketchup, mustard, hot sauce, vinegar, relish, etc.

Eeeh. There is no English translation for the word we use for the stuff you put on your slices of bread in Norwegian (pålegg), so I just went for it.

I hope people still catch my drift.

My favourite is pretty much butter. Sound odd compare to many other condiments to use but I just love having butter on sandwiches.

When I was young (and there wasn't a lot of food in the house) I would eat bread or pitas with peanut butter, ketchup, and mustard on them.

Now though I would probably just put use cheese. Also cheese and cucumber sandwiches are amazing.

I love seasoning and condiments! I have Mongolian Fire Sauce, Chili Oil, Rooster Sauce ('Cock' Sauce as called by my brother and his buddies in Afghanistan.), raw honey, and a whole spice rack of my own.

Depends on whether I want a light snack or serious food.

For a light snack, butter and salt. Bread has to be toasted first, obviously.

Hey, I do that with my toast as well.

There's just not enough salt in the butter/margarine we have in the house.
