Because I can, and because I wouldnt have to worry about making up the funds (because i think I'd be over employing if I took the entire amount it takes to employ all the people you're saying, Iw ould make a game that was One half Aquaman, and one half drake of the 99 dragons.

My games I would make. Descent freespace MMO. You could be one of the three races and choose your ship. You get ship upgrades when you level.
A rpg based off the Black Company series by Glenn cook. You could become a wizard or a footman. The combat would be like the witcher but with bigger battles.

I would make an MMO style game modeled after DnD.
Only there is a dedicated DM for your party, who makes up stories and quests for you based on the paths and choices you take/make. There would be a team of 'on the fly' programmers accompanying this DM, and somehow, it would all happen instantaneously and be awesome.

The Elder Scrolls 6 along with its very own system designed exclusivly to play that at one hundred percent effectiveness. I'd fire 900,000 of them first off(or lose them in New Jersey, nobody escapes from there and severance checks can be expensive), then have the rest create the greatest successor to Tie Fighter and Freelancer the world had ever seen.
A complete reboot of the Shenmue franchise. Modern graphics, a few tweaks, better voice acting for both English, and Japanese as well as localized speech using known voice actors in as many languages as possible.
I would finish the entire Shenmue saga as well.
