Hmmm... jungle would have the most resources, but with all the diseases and predators... nah, I'll take me a lifetime in the Frozen tundra. Also easy to freeze and preserve food! Hate being hot anyway. I'd cash everything in and buy:
1. Some warm as shit clothes, preferably made in Russia. Them guys know what it takes to keep warm!

3. Ice Pick
4. Ice Cutter
5. Idiot's guide to building igloo's
6. Big ass back pack
7. Utility knife
8. Kettle for melting snow/ice for water
9. Canteens/waterskins
10. Fishing net
11. Pot for cooking, etc.
12. Trail rations and hunter MRE's
13. A trusty rifle... I'll go with a Mosin Nagant to match the environment.
14. Ammo for said rifle, preferably clean firing.
15. Oil and tool kit for rifle
16. If I got a Mosin, might as well get a bayonet for it. Makes a nifty spear.
17. Oil lantern cooker
18. Fuel for lantern
19. Flashlight, one of the ones that charges when you shake em.
20. Compass
21. Lighter
22. Matches
23. Snow shoes
25. Hand-cranked radio
26. Hell, throw a scope on the rifle while we're at it, if I can get one for a Mosin in a day that is...

All I can think of right now. After that, take the rest of my money, get all my friends and find hookers. LOTS of hookers, along with all the slutty chicks who'll do it for free that I and everyone else knows and PARTAY! Then pray I remembered to use condoms and didn't catch anything...
