Playing oblivion. 300 hours later i complained about not being able to fast travel into town. also, holding a stick like it was a sword right into view so it felt like first person. I had dreams of nirnroots and minotaurs.

I had been playing wipe out back in the day and I was in a car I imagined taking out the cars in front with different power ups. It was really frustrating that I couldn't actually...

Oh god... don't remind me of the Nirnroot nightmares. So many nights.. just kept walking along coasts.. searching for the shiny plants.. hearing that noise... had to gather more! It was never enough! Aaargh!

That was real trauma right there.

Every building I see is instinctively assessed for climability now. I've gotten rather good at finding paths, I just haven't started climbing them yet.

Also, when driving about I tend to assess how well I took that last corner thanks to Gran Turismo.

Done both of those. I used to climb though but never really find the time anymore.

One time, while Halloween I saw someone in a Jason Vorhees costume.
And immediatly i thought he was a psyco, like in borderlands.
Then my right index finger started twitching and I saw numbers (Around 70, if you wanna know.)
And in red CRITICAL above his head, and I saw something glintstering fall, wich was just some candy he dropped, after picking it up he started yelling at me...

After a long minecraft marathon, I was asked to shovel the snow off the driveway.

So I picked up the shovel...and started hitting the snow, minecraft style. And it felt totally natural.

The only reason I stopped after a second or two was because I said "wait...why is my tool hitting so slo-........Oh...damn...".
Good times.

I have to constantly remind myself that there is no Ctrl-Z in real life thanks to Photoshop,
You'll appreciate this, then. :D

That is exactly how I feel when I'm painting Warhammers because you can erase with a pencil :p

When you stop and you realise that you're really, really, REALLY hungry.
I've also been looking around for my "Thief" visibility before.

Hm, that time when I played too much Bioshock and scared the hell out of myself.

You know you've been binging on a game too long when...

...you can't sleep at night, because when you close your eyes all you can see and think about is you playing that game.

Flexing your arm like when Electro Bolt is equipped in Bioshock.

Imagining you have an assassin blade as you walk through a crowd.

When you realize that the last five days you've been doing nothing other than eat, sleep, and play Morrowind. Man, those were some dark days...

When your fingers start twitching and hitting your hotkeys when you're not holding a controller/at a keyboard.

Happened to me after a few hours of Fallout 3. Walked out of my room and heard my dad make a groaning noise that sounded just like a Super Mutant. Fingers twitched to equip my weapon and pull it out. I was terrified for a second because the sound was so close but then I realized what had happened.

A while back I play the Fifa 2010 world cup game for a decent amount of time, and a couple of times I looked around myself in crowds and thought that the current way people were standing was perfect to set me up for a shot on goal...

I think most of use have experienced this, but I used to think of good times to save my game just in case I died...

EDIT: And as on of the about posters reminded me, yes I have done that thing with my hand that you do with the electro bolt in bioshock. I also did the flame one too...

2nd EDIT: I've tried to mark heads in a crowd like I'm going to mark and execute them...
