A seafood plate of shrimp,scalops, and fried oyster, along with some very tasty pasta noodles, sauteed veggies, a slice of garlic toast, and a bottle of water... was what I had for dinner. What I had just now was a can of sardines. mmm, sardines and water for life. Hey, at least they're very healthy! I definitely won't be short on my omega 3 fatty acids.
