Don't date. He's jobless, homeless and has no education. How he's even accessing the internet at this point in time is one of the great mysteries of the world.

To date or not to date, that is the question. It all depends on if you like catboys or not. If you do like them, then sure. But if you don't like them, then it'd be a stupid idea to date him.
