I would, but the combat system and horrible people animations, something that Bethesda just cannot do right, really saps most of the joy from the game, at least to me.

Oh god, this thread scared me. I was afraid it was confirmation from Bethesda that TESV will be an MMO. Re-installing Morrowind would more or less have been my reaction.

I disagree. I'd say Oblivion's is better, but if Bethesda can do something right, it's making good music.

I never actually played it properly... I explored Morrowind and the places in the expansions most thoroughly, but I never played it properly much... fun times. An early memory, grabbing that wizards scrolls of Icarian Flight, and jumping...... and jumping.... ocean SPLOOSH! What's that, an island? Wow, what's this weird red-like ruin? Oooh, dead orc... wow! Orcish armor! OW! Mysterious arrow from nowhere! Quick, hide in this cave... what's behind this door... OMG WHAT'S THAT?!?! A bonelord? POW! dead.... fun times...

They really need to bring Levitation back for TESV. Throw in a quest-line where you help a pro-Levitation advocacy group in the Mages Guild to petition the Emperor or something.

no. modding your agility so you can leap from one end of morrowind to the other, now THATS fun!

failing that abusing the make-your-own-spell system was great.
almost infinite money... check. insane spell with max damage and range on all elements...check. levitation cheats... check.
flying above Balmoral and raining death down on the town was my favourite time waste.

I just got it again recently.

Tis very good. I didn't enjoy it the first time, back when it first came out, but I'm enjoying it a lot now, all modded and such.

On a related note, anyone ever play Daggerfall? I just remembered, I used to play that all the time as a kid.

Never got to play it, but they did release it for free.
