Both Dragon ages (Ps3)
both Mass Effects (Xbox 360)
Call of Juarez: The Cartel. I know, but I've played it over and over on both consoles. No idea why, since it's on my worst games of the year list.
Metal Gear solid 4 (Ps3)
LA Noire (Xbox 360)
Crackdown (Xbox 360)
Pokemon Ruby. Understandable, as I've had it since I was a kid, and still play it to this day.

Eeeeesh.

Let's see...

Fallout 3 was close to 200 hours.
Skyrim 150 hours.
Oblivion probably 100 hours.
New Vegas was 96 hours, almost made it.
Mount and Blade 180 Hours.
Civilization 5 is at about 250 hours. Series as a total likely well over 1000 hours.
EHM probably 1000-2000 hours.
King's Bounty close to 100 hours.
NHL Hockey, over the years, likely close to 1000 hours as a series.
DA:O was 90 odd hours, came close.
X-Com was good for a couple hundred hours.
I've easily put in hundreds of hours on Jagged Alliance 2 over numerous replays.
Baldur's Gate 2 possibly close to 100 hours.
Total War: Medieval 2, I'd ballpark around 500 hours.

This is just the ones I can think of. And this isn't even touching MMOs of course, several of which soar into the multi-thousand hour territory.

Good grief, I play too many games.

The king of fighters 2002 (if by single player you meant off line) other than that the games i've played the most are Silent Hill 1-3 40-80 hours each.

600+ hours Oblivion (Hey it was my only game for a while)
200 hours Skyrim
160-170 hours Fallout 3 edit:( mostly with one character though )
120+ hours Dragon Age: Origins
around 5 playthroughs for ME2 so i suppose around 100 hours
90-100 hours Dragon Age 2
i'd imagine many hundreds of hours in WoW
and um.... lemme think... maybe around 100 hours on LOTR: BFME 2 Multiplayer before they shut down the servers... Damn you EA!

Shooter-wise, I have around 400 hours in TF2, 150 hours in Call of Duty 4 (campaign+online), far too many hours in Modern Warfare 2 (roommates played on my account a lot), and I likely broke the 100 hour mark in Halo 3. RPG-wise, 500+ hours between the two kotor games, 350 hours so far in Skyrim, and 1000+ hours in Oblivion. No, that was not a typo.
Damn and here i was thinking i had issues. :p

Final Fantasy Tactics Advance and Pokemon - of course I am combing Ruby, Colosseum, DX and Emerald (All were eventually transferred to Emerald that's why I combined them)

I spent more than 100 hors in few games.

Final Fantasy IX: actually some minutes away from 100h. Everyone at level 99 and every sidequest worth doing completed.

Dragon Quest VIII. It's just a long game, especially without a walkthrough.

Final Fantasy XII: the big one here. I spent an avarage of 200h in each of my three complete playthroughs. Sometimes I would load the game just to kill time grinding money or experience points.

Final Fantasy VII: Colecting sources and doing sidequests. My old memory card no longer works so I don't have the exact hour count anymore.
