I'm grasping at straws a bit by the end there, I haven't exactly played all the acclaimed classics like Windwaker, SotC or any Personas, but it is what it is. Debated putting Mass Effect in there somewhere, but to be honest I was too disappointed and this is a list of favourites. Basically, from 1-4 I know what is going on, from 5-17 they're all pretty good, with a general trend of better ones being at the top, and from 18-20 they're in there for personal significance mostly. If I'd had space and cared enough I'd have had Mario Bros. for the Gameboy Colour in there as well. I'm not saying any of these games are better than others, but I have tried to find my subjective favourite games and not think too hard about why. If they seem like a strange choice for a series, it's either because it's the only relevant one I've played, or I think it's the best installment. I almost put Armored Core V in there for the online, but it left a sour taste in my mouth after all the patch and region-locking bullshit.

I tried to assemble a list with games i would still (re)play to this day,
games i immediately thought of as favorites and games i have played more than once or even twice.
And shuffled them around.
Also i tried to pick the best from franchises, i had three Final Fantasy's which would've consumed three slots.
( VIII, XII and VI btw)
And maybe games that aren't the best, or greatest, but are special to me due to nostalgia, experiences with friends etc.
