Next year is looking sweet. I'm picking up Watch Dogs, GTA V, Metro: Last Light, Bioshock Infinite, and Dead Island Riptide. All day 1 if I have money, if not, then later I guess. Other then that, I hope to pick up Crysis 3 and Tomb Raider later on.

I'll pick up "the Stick of Destiny", "Saints Row 4" and "Legend of Zelda: WiiU Edition" as well as the humble bundle and maybe some steam sales.

Best of luck with Saints Row 4, THQ will probably flatline before that sees the light of day. (Though I hope we do see it at some point)

Personally, theres only one game I'm interested in next year, and thats Tomb Raider. Nothing else even remotely sparks my interest. I got briefly excited when Bayonetta 2 was announced, but then it was immediately followed by the words 'exclusive to WiiU' and all my interest died again.

Maybe, maybe at a push, Dragon Age 3, but thats really going to depend upon how much of the game EA cut out to sell as day 1 dlc, and how much pointless multiplayer thew crowbar in.

I doubt I'll grab anything on day 1 but that remains to be seen. Anyway, 2013...Watch Dogs looks really awesome and is the only contender for my possible Day 1 purchase of the year. My big question for 2013 though is, WHAT THE HELL HAPPENED WITH YOUKAI WATCH!? One promo and the promise of an upcoming franchise...followed by silence...Anyway:

Watchdogs The game keeps looking better and better, and when i saw the water physics and how clothing changes and combat, yeah, its a day 1 buy.'


South Park: Stick of Truth I have been following this game practically since development. I really really really hope its worth the wait and the humor is done well. From what i've seen and read, it looks like my GOTY. But who knows Watchdogs might easily take that spot.

DmC I really think this game could be good. 30 FPS lock doesn't bother me, means it wont push my graphics cards fan through the roof. Plus it seems to be decent.
