I use add-ons. Normally one basic UI repositioning tool (bartender was the one I used when I played) with a UI renovation (I had Xperl). On top of that I carry a cooldown and a proc warning mod (I have had a variety but nearly all are warrior orientated). And usually an agro monitor (Omen) and a boss mod (deadly boss mod). Also I have a much ignored one which I forget the name of that allows you to move "not enough mana", "you are too far away" etc to your chat box or remove it entirely. You don't know how wonderful that is until you use the mod. Sometimes on something like a warlock I'll have Necrosis or one of it's relatives to keep a clean view of all my demon summons, soul shards, soul fountains etc etc.
However I refuse to use the mods that basicly give you an I win button by putting all your rotations in one spot or something similarly unfair.
Also yes I have many firefox mods. I like customising you may notice.
Also Oblivion, Morrowind, Fallout, Stalker etc mods can be fun too.
