Your alcohol tolerance

Because I don't give a shit, that's why.

Tell me what your alcohol tolerance is.
How much can you drink before vomiting/passing out/blacking out/experiencing whatever adverse effect it has on you.
Mind you, I'm not asking about how much you can drink before you get a hangover.
I'm asking how much you can drink before the alcohol fucks you up.

I recently found out my tolerance on an average evening seems to be exactly one bottle of wine (70cl) over the course of a couple of hours. Two more glasses and I might just throw up.
Fucking practical, you guys.

This isn't about hangovers though. This is about getting sick. I don't neccessarily get a hangover if I drink more than a bottle of wine, even if I puke.

I can consume a fair bit of ale.

I love whiskey and can get through a fair bit of that.

Cider I can drink like a fish.

Wine gets me pissed after half a bloody bottle and I don't know why. I can consume any form of beer, ale, spirit and cider on an all night bender but I can't drink wine for shit.

I have a laughably low alcohol tolerance. After two pints of lager I'm very jolly, extremely friendly after three, four and I'm genuinely drunk, five (or more) and that's pretty much game.

I used to keep it up with the best of them (despite my small frame), but not I can't tolerate it very much. I use to down 3 quarters a bottle of black label and still win a fight. Now give me a 6 pack of ice and I'll pass out.

I'm not much a drinker so 3-4 MAYBE 5 beers is enough for me. (Think its the taste that makes me call it quits, any beer and all beers taste like piss to me).

Favorite drink is my jack n coke and 4-5 of those and everything is alriiiight.

Depends on the alcohol. I always drink a ton of water before I go to bed too. Dehydration is the enemy!

I don't know to be honest. When I drink I tend to go at it pretty hard. Start on pints, then the shots start, move onto whiskey, start drinking doubles, do a few jagerbombs, then maybe onto cocktails, I love me a black russian (Kahlua, Vodka, Coke with a Guinness head)

I got pretty drunk off of White russians once (Although I moved on to Colorado bulldogs after a few glasses). I don't know how you can take that Kahlua stuff.
Granted, I can't touch it because I've developed a physical aversion to the stuff after said night, but even before that it just didn't taste good at all.
I made one of my friends a bet to finish my bottle of it a week later. You should have seen the pain in his face. Delightful.

Oh, and a hot hint: Never get drunk off of White russians. You will hurl. There's just too much cream. It's sickening.

I don't really like Kahlua but an Irish Black Russian has Guinness which helps mask the taste and is seriously good.

Yeah white Russians have always seemed like a terrible idea to me. Alcohol and cream is a bad mix.

The only thing I can't drink is Tequila. Automatically kicks my gag reflex into action for some reason.

As a fun side effect of my escapades on that Russian-fuelled night, I can no longer let Bailey's touch my lips without gagging.

My tolerance of alcohol spans between what I drink. But I'm normally a light-weight.

Two 8% lagers at the bar will make me tipsy and turn me into a loud asshole. I do warn friends ahead of time. One I'm fine. Two? Bloody well, I think they just give me a second to have fun with it. Three would make me hurl.

I handle sake and rum well. I can take two of those mini jugs (8 mini cups) of warm sake before my limit kicks in. It kicks in faster with cold brands. Rum I can mix with anything and have a ton of it before I become stupid.

Wine... Well... Heh... It depends on the wine.

I can down multiple wine coolers, on the by.

3 drinks will get me pleasantly drunk for about 2.5 hours 5 will make it blatantly apparent 7 just gets annoying every 2 hours after becoming drunk I feel about 1 drink more sober.

I have never actually passed out nor have I lost all memory not that things do not get fuzzy, I only puked twice once with a friend who clearly did not know drinks cam in varying proofs and he utterly miscalculated the amount of alcohol in my drinks an one i just wanted to din my absolute i can not stand this limit which came out to 17 drinks in 4 hours.

Mmmm, I think I'll want to try it at some point. I'm curious. I won't spend money on it though. I'll just ask a friend to taste or something.

I kind of came at it the other way, I find Baileys creaminess to be sickening so just stay well away from white russians.

I'd only tasted Bailey's once before that night, and I thought it tasted great.
Granted, I was 12 or something so I've probably lost my taste for creamy sugary stuff since then.
Then again... I have been known to drink just pure cream on occasion.
It's pretty good, albeit only in small doses.

Hmm... It depends. I don't really get any of those effects though. I know my limits and dislike feeling awful enough.

Nowadays, two bottles of wine; just drunk. 12 beers, won't even feel drunk, but I am. And I won't rush with the drinking.

It's quite high, especially counting my size, but to add to it, I have this automatic control on myself. I will not pass out. I won't forget stuff. Vomit at the most, like once a year.

But financially inconvenient...

Due to my fast metabolism, I get drunk fairly quickly, but it wears off faster. I also tend to avoid a lot of the downsides. I've never thrown up, etc.

That said, on a fairly stupid night after some missed meals, I did get alcohol poisoning and ended up in hospital.

I didn't throw up, though!
