The guide bot from descent 2. Not only does he have invulnerability by default, but it can also find items, power ups, weapons, and I can summon another one with "helpvishnu". He can also shoot flares to open any door and light my way, and can even take on enemies sometimes. Also, he never needs to be escorted. And he doesn't annoy you with pointless dialogue. Besides, he's also easily manufactured.
