Last one was while playing Farcry 3, having a shootout on the side of the road, hear a car coming from behind me, turn around and headshot driver, passenger, and gunner in like half a second, my thinking was the car would swerve out of the way since I had killed the driver and I would just stand there looking all epic and stuff, nope, just kept going and ran me the fuck over.

Had another playing Battlefield 3, piloting a helicopter, jump out and have it land on a member of the opposite team, completely on accident, parachuting down and landing directly in front of another member of the opposite team who took the chance to stab me in the face.

Any time on a shooter where I get an unusually large amount of kills and still lose. Especially on gears, say I single handedly kill the whole team the first round just for us all to get destroyed the 2nd and 3rd.

Nah, there's no PC version. I doubt there ever will be. There isn't really any difference between the PS3 and Xbox versions of the game, though. Go with whichever one you play the most.

I was supposed to run up to a guy, grab him and then throw him off a bridge for the heck of it, but presed the wrong button and did that 'smackdown' type move right off the bridge.

running out of ammo in MW3 (which is hard to do for me) i knife 2 guys in the back then die thinking i can knife a guy looking at me 100 feet away. i don't know why i didn't take one of the dead guys weapons i had a moment before the other guy got there.

Almost getting a Pentakill on Dominion (League of Legends) at top and dying to minions because of weird pathing before I could kill the last guy.
