I wall hacked Robocop versus Terminator, a certain part of the game is blocked off because its a virus that the dev's couldn't get rid of, wall hacking through it kills the fucking CMOS battery the game has.

That game was expensive since I managed to do it twice, after that I decided I should rent it.

Saving myself into a impossible situation in Dead Rising. I cannot remember the exact circumstances but I know that I saved in a bathroom clear across the mall from a story mission and the time stamp was to close to the mission termination time to make the trip no matter how many zombies I just ran down. Really got on my nerve had to restart the game.

The week after I bought Portal and Team Fortress 2 on Steam they half priced them for a few days, 2 weeks after I bought L4D they did the same thing.

I was not amused. -_-

OMG that game was intensely bad. there was another game for the wii which was basically exactly the same except you were elvis and the enemies were musical instruments. same engine. same level design. different models

Let's just say that all of my "mistakes" in gaming came before I learned to fully utilize the "Save" feature in games.

Ahhh yes... but to run boot camp I would have to format my hard drive - partition it - install windows then run from there. I will probably end up getting either a new laptop or selling this macbook

Mine, not so much a mistake IN a game, but mistake due to a game.

Subscription for World of Warcraft, you see i like in South Africa, so the subscription costs about 600 bucks for 6 months, not bad right?

well you see. it seems blizzard is directly influenced by the stock market, because the day, the very FUCKING second, that the economy threw it's toys out the cot, my subscription came through...

1700 bucks later....

My dreams....of buying shiny graphics tablet... ruined T_T

Selling my old Xbox games to only get one 360 game. I miss all of those games now and hate the one I bought.

Don't need to format it, you can petition it in the drive manager.

Buying an Xbox 360 over a PS3. If I had bought the PS3 instead, I probably still would have (eventually) bought the Xbox 360 for some of its exclusives. Still, I regret not going with the PS3.
