When I heard that valve is working on a DLC that'll let you play as the Midnight Riders!

My biggest nerdgasm...well, as much as he's hated on this site, I was honestly psyched when I heard that Sonic the Hedgehog 4 (also known as Project Needlemouse) was going to be in 2-D. It honestly made my week.

My biggest has to be the first time I saw the Super Smash Bros Brawl trailer. It was a hot spring in which I decided to keep my thermostat high and my windows open to save money on electricity. Every new character reveal jolted my brain with pure awe and pleasure making me completely ignore the sweltering heat in my house. When I saw Pit split his bow in two, I exclaimed "Oh **** me!" (And I barely cared the children playing outside could probably hear me.)

Yeah, I'm really that big of a Nintendo geek. In fact the trailer for Galaxy brought tears to my eyes and that of the sequel did so again.

My most recent nerdgasm, though, came from watching Linkara's Power Rangers comic review.

By "nerdgasm," I'm going to assume you mean something related to science and/or videogames so awesome that it caused your inner nerd to explode with excitement, leaving you in a happy glow.

Hm...

I have to give this one to the, to quote Yahtzee, "balls-thighteningly fantastic ending" of Portal. Close second goes to sitting in the menu of Civ IV listening to the music and having the greatest world leaders salute.

I heard the song Cybernetic Circuits by Optimus Rhyme today, and I swear my head exploded.

Oh, nerdcore, you never let me down.

Any time that anyone on the internet who could be considered a web celebrity acknowledges me in the slightest. For instance just recently I saw that someone had responded to one of my comments on youtube, not knowing what it would be I click on it and I see that Chris Bores (The guy behind Irate Gamer, yeah it might be a bit of a knockoff but I enjoy both AVGN and IG) replied to the comment I left on his most recent video (My comment was something like "An Italian plumber, a pesky skeleton and an Irate gamer were all sipping wine in Paris, sounds like the intro to a joke!" and his response was a simple lol).

Other time like this where I've pretty much nerdgasmed all over the place because somebody on the web I enjoy has taken note of my existence include Edd Gould (Eddsworld), TheDevilsJoker (A fantastic and witty games critic on youtube), Pimpsahoy (A former big name amongst youtubepoop circles), YOUTUBEP00PER (Similar description to Pimps), resident members here such as the fantastic John Etheridge and the witty Susan Arendt and that's about it.

I recently found myself spending five hours reading about the genetic variations that lead to different colorations and markings on various species of tigers (Panthera Tigris and all of it's subspecies).

And yes, five hours worth of reading on the subject to indeed exist (I know I couldn't believe it either, until I emerged from my room with my eyes bleeding wondering what the hell happened).
