Hmmm, well if your looking for huge overkill you might look at some Disgaea videos on Youtube, that game is pretty much based around seeing how ridiculous you can get with overkill in the final equasion.DasDestroyer said:
That said, I personally don't keep track, oddly one thing I like to do in some games is try and do just enough damage to drop my opponent, down to say exactly 0 hit points or whatever. Largely because it shows control and mastery of game mechanics, in comparison working out a way to overkill somethibng is easy.
Dropped a nuke on a single rifleman in Empire Earth. To be fair, he was pointing that single shot musket at my town hall at the time...
Pul is the name of a rune. It's PulPulPul etc. because I inserted several Pul runes. Effects:A Weakgeek said:

BFBC2:
Team on Valporismo (is that it? the one with the lighthouse in the day). Anyway, 4 snipers from the Russian team at the 2nd base (the hill with all the huts) are pinning the entire team. The American advance has completely stalled.
My squadmates and I all respawn as recon, or assault with C4. We plaster the Blackhawk with C4. Every single stick.
Pilot Blackhawk into Russian base, jump out at last minute and detonate as one.
One big smoking crater, and a lot of kills later...

Last year i was on a company tour to Cray computers and they showed us around somebody asked "well that's all pretty good but can they play games?"
So 1 minute later i was playing Tetris on a Cray XK6.

Mine are ship-building based. Got 2 personal favorites.
Escape Velocity- Nova: Took a top-of-the-line ship that you have to steal from the AI. Then I upgraded it with every faction-specific piece of technology in the entire game. Then got plug-ins to add even more upgrades. Then played all the major storylines, and got all the storyline-specific upgrades too, including a beam weapon that bypasses shields. The resulting ship flies circles around interceptors, has more shields and armor than a pair of carriers, and can take on a planetary defense fleet single-handedly (which is 120 ships at least, usually consisting of said carriers).
Warship Gunner 2- There are wave-motion guns as one of the weapon options. They're overkill against everything except bosses, doing massive damage and reaching across most maps. I built a ship where I covered the deck with them. Then I combined it with a system that automatically fires all weapons at all targets they can possibly hit. Better yet, because the guns are affixed to the deck, it will even turn the ship to fire at potential targets. All I have to do is start up the level, and my ship with do a 45-120 degree spin, firing off all the guns in quick succession. Nothing ever survives.

Starcraft Brood War, I nuked the last drone standing next to the other player's final hatchery, just for spite.
WoW, I used Ravage on this lvl 5 that attacked me accidentally, and killed him with a 17481 overkill.

MW2: I called in an AC-130 to finish off the last guy in S&D. It took about 30 seconds of shelling to finally get him in his hidey hole ^_^

I think that would be when i was playing some horde in gears of war 3, a drunge sneaked up behind me when i was on the cliff on sandbar. Chainsawed it, spartan kicked it, and then the remaining half enemies remaining droped to one. Walked to the blast site for ammo, took a nearby hammerburst and smashed the head off the last downed enemy drone.

Red Dead Redemption: Undead Nightmare. I had 6 rifle shots before my reload, so I put them all in one zombie. One in each arm, one in each leg, one in his chest and the final one in his head.
