Hmm, I'll pick one character from each series.

Well, you need a warrior class, a skill based class, and a magic class.

I'll go with Wrex as my Soldier (and a side dose of Magic equivalent)
I'll pick Tali as my skill person (I wouldn't be able to proudly wear my avatar if I didn't include her.)
And my magic guy has got to be HK-47, His sheer awesomeness will heal the party and provide us buffs... awesome buffs.

I always like to have back-ups too.
Sten, Zevran and Jack would be my back up squad.

That is actually pretty tough, though I've really only gotten into the Mass Effect games so that narrows it down a little.

Probably Wrex (for awesomeness sake) and Ashley (cause I have a thing for gals with tough attitudes) and Garrus/Tali (both for likeability and the fact that I can't decide between them)

Depends on which game I'm in. If I'm in a fantasy game then: Minsc/boo, Jan, Yoshimo.

Sci-Fi: Garrus, Wrex, Thane.

Combo of the two: Minsc/boo, Garrus, Thane.

Side note: Minsc is the best Boiware character ever.

My three favourite NwN2 characters so far.
They are the first three, and Bioware didn't make NWN2, Obsidian did. Although Sand from that game rocked.

Tomi Undergallows aka Halfling Death.
Deekin
Valen Shadowbreath.

Mordin, Minsc and if Boo doesn't count as it's own slot Miranda aswell.

Mordin because he has THE best lines in gaming history, Minsc because he's crazy and has a bloody rat and Miranda because she's hot... and is also the "perfect warrior"... and australian

The Archangel, Udnot Wrex, and the third i'm having trouble picking bewteen Zaeed, Thane, or Morrigan.

Archangel version of Garrus because that's when he gets badass. Wrex because he's just an amazing ally and fighter.

Zaeed would be because he's the badass Merc that does what it takes to get it done who survived a bullet to the eye. Thane because he's the quick and effecient assassin that's never seen. Morrigan because she's just awesome and would purposly say stuff to piss off Garrus, and Wrex would just laugh.

so for sure Garrus and Wrex, then i'm stuck..damn you amazing characters!!!!!! damn you BioWare!!!!!!! but i shouldn't talk bad about them....

(I would have put Visas Marr at the top of this list from KOTOR 2, until I remembered KOTOR 2 wasn't developed by Bioware, it was developed by Obsidian.)
Heh, probably should of put it at the top of the post. But obsidian characters are included in this. :)

Tough one. So many memorable characters!

Minsc/Boo. They count as one 'character', and they're definately one of the more memorable character(s) from Bioware. "Go for the eyes, Boo! GO FOR THE EYES! RUUUNNNNN!"

Jolee Bindo. I could have gone for HK-47, since he's very memorable indeed. However, Jolee was perhaps an even greater character. "?Sometimes swirling Force is just swirling Force. It gets all us old Jedi excited at our age so we go 'Oooo, destiny!'"

Biff the Understudy. Oh, how many times did I "break" the game, just to get Biff in my party. He was utterly useless, and keeping him in your party would inevitably break the game. But still!

Edwin (or indeed Edwina) from Baldur's Gate 1 and 2, excellent dialogue and alot of fun to have around, even if he does drive off certain other team members. Kind of reminds me of...

Morrigan. Again because she tends to poke fun at other party memebers, and she's voiced by Claudia Black

Finally Wrex, because every party needs a massive alien with a shotgun.

KOTOR: HK-47, Canderous Ordo, Jolee Bindo
KOTOR 2: T3-M4, The Handmaiden, Kreia... Sorry, Atton.
Mass Effect: Garrus, Wrex, Joker
Mass Effect 2: Garrus, Legion, Joker
Dragon Age: Alistair, Zevran, Shale
Never Winter Nights: Halfing Death, Deekin, Dora (A Cleric Rogue? Why the hell did she even need me in the party?)
Never Winter Nights 2: Haven't gotten far enough to decide, plus I've not played it in ages
Baldur's Gate: Minsc, Boo, and again I've never had the decency to get too far in that game. I'll correct that though
Baldurs Gate 2: Same as above
Jade Empire: Kang the Mad, Sagacious Zu, Silk Fox

In Conclusion... God this is difficult, um...
T3-M4 because he's a skill monkey with 50d6 damage by the end of the game, plus he's kina cute for a tin can.
Assuming I can learn the Force, Kreia, otherwise Handmaiden for the Echani duelling techniques. Hell, if I can learn the Force, both of them.
If I can't learn the force, throw Canderous in instead of Kreia

... Wow, looks like I love me some KOTOR

Edit: I find myself with a Dilemma. Jolee is far more likable, though Kreia would do a far better job of training me to the peak of my potential, whereas Jolee's too light side a gray jedi to push me to godhood... Screw it, I'll stick with Kreia.
