I once bought Dragon Age: Orgins and Mass Effect 2 for a total of roughly 100SEK. That's around ?10 or US$14. Pretty good bargain I thought! I've bought cheaper things on Steam but these were physical copies in a local GAME store.

EDIT: and by "a total of" I mean I bought them together. Just wanted to clarify that. I think DA:O cost me 25kr and ME2 cost me 75. Or was it the other way around? I forget...

I got Medieval 2: Total War for $1 at a church garage sale about six months ago.

Someone's grandma must have ransacked their room while they weren't looking. Can't say I mind.

it's a "pound" sign. you know, the currency used in England?

OT: I picked up Portal 2 for $40 two weeks after release, so that was pretty awesome. But best deal on a newish game? Fallout 3 GOTY Edition $25

I essentially got Dungeons of Dredmor for free today when they added it to the Humble Introversion Bundle after I bought it last week. I played it for about an hour this afternoon and found it to be quite entertaining.

I picked up the Collector's Editon of L.A. Noire for 25 bucks during the Steam Sale. I also got Portal 2 for 10.

I got Earth Defense Force 2017 for free, mostly due to the fact that the idiot high-school girl running the register didn't know how to ring in a game and just gave it to me (I'm guessing since it was the end of the summer, it was her last day on her job.). Not too bad a purchase at all.

13 (whatever the hell that is) seems pretty good for RAGE. Would I have bought it at that price, I would have thought it was a damned good deal.

Anyway, I would say Skyrim. Whoa, what? I traded in RAGE, FEAR 3, and some other rubbish that I spent too much on for that. And I only paid $5 after all of that.

Some might call this stupid. I call it selling your trash.

EDIT: Pounds. Alright. I knew that the English used pounds as currency but I wasn't sure if that was Euros or pounds. Forgive me.
Heh I got Skyrim for five bucks at a yard sale a week after it came out. I don't think the old lady knew what she was doing. Also got MW3 and Arkham City for five each. Knda feel bad about cheating her.

I paid £20 for Skyrim new on release day. Yay fast talking and unholy charisma.

Downloaded a few indie games off XBox Live for about 5 bucks each. Doesn't get much cheaper than that.

For retail titles, I think BlazBlue Continuum Shift was the cheapest one I got this year, way back in the early spring, but I forgot exactly how much it cost me. I was able to use the gift cards I got for Christmas on it, so it couldn't have cost more than $40.

I got Vanquish for £4 and Just Cause 2 for about £9 both brand new this year. I'd call them pretty cheap.
