I can name quite a lot... but first I'm wondering what program it is for that date and time. Rainmeter? If so, what mod - thing for it?

Yes, it's Rainmeter, but sadly I can't name the date and time thingy, only thing I know is that it's called Time 2 in Rainmeter.
