In my dimension the justice system is run by me, so I decide who is guilty and who isn't and what sort of punishment they receive for their crimes, which usually isn't pleasant.
I can't think of a full dimension tailored to my specifications, but I know what the film industry would be like:
Use of CGI in special effects will be kept to a bare minimum, and only as part of a 90/10 analog/digital relationship (sound recording, design, and mixing will be the only exception).
Sequels will be permitted, but only if they are either filmed simultaneously for a lump sum or given the exact same budget as the previous entry with no adjustment for inflation.
All actors and crew will be paid to scale regardless of the budget.
Use of stock sound effects will be strictly prohibited.
Haskell Wexler's 12on/12off system will be in full force on all productions.
Directors will get final cut, but only once per film with no post-release director's cuts or special editions or reduxes or renegade versions or the like.
Piracy of films will carry the death penalty.
There will be no videogames based on movies and vice versa.
