So I'm just working and I notice that Steam is downloading something in my taskbar. It's Portal: First Slice, which I found to be a pleasant surprise. Guess what the average download rate was.
About 65 Kb/sec.
Now that's not news to me at all. Between 55 and 70 Kb is the norm for me. But my friend tells me that something that took me an hour to download was only about four mintues for him. And I'm super jealous.
