Who would your dream band include?

For me is would be Damien Wilson (Ayreon) and Cristina Scabbia (Lacuna Coil) on vocals, Erik Norlander (Rocket Scientist) on keyboard, Marco Hietala and Emppu Vuorinen (Nightwish) on Bass and Guitar and Neil Peart (Rush) on drums.

Tell us some of yours.

Ooooh. Well...that's a toughie. Especially as my range of bands is very small indeed.

Tim McIlrath (Rise Against) on vocals, backed by Billie Joe Armstrong (Green Day) who would be on rhythm guitar with Daron Malakian (System of a Down) on lead...drummer would be John Dolmayan (also System) and for the sake of a bassist, Joe Principe (also Rise)

If this ever happens, remember I called it.

Rush. My dream band is Rush. Add in Ann Wilson from Heart (best female rock-vocalist I've ever heard) and Joe Satriani, and you have the greatest five-person band of all time. Seriously, Geddy and Ann would make an awesome vocal combo, Alex and Joe trading guitar solo's back and forth, and Neil Peart on drums? Yes please!

EDIT: Ann could also play backing guitar while singing, just like Geddy on bass. Even better!

If I wanted to be a strange bastard:
Steve Vai - Lead/Rhythm Guitar
BucketHead - Lead/Rhythm Guitar
Frank Zappa - Lead/Rhythm Guitar/Vocals
Les Claypool - Bass Guitar/Vocals
Keith Moon - Drums
And I would listen to them continuously!

Matt Drake (EVILE) and Till Lindemann (Rammstein) on vocals.
Ol' Drake (EVILE) and Kirk Hammett (Metallica)on duelling lead guitar.
Zakk Wylde (Ozzy Osbourne, Black Label Society) on rhythm. Matt Drake would play rhythm also.
Les Claypool (Primus) on bass.
Mike Portnoy (Dream Theater) on drums.

Now that's a supergroup.
