I am sorry to say this, but you are going to die. It may be a pleasant death, an awesome death or a tragic death.
That said, how would you like your funeral to be. Budgetary constraints, distance from people you want to come and other misclaneous factors are not factors as this is a dream funeral.

That said my dream funeral would be a giant orgy around a 10,000
ft. tall diamond statue of me suplexing god.

*Edit* During this funeral a giant laser will be used to carve my face onto the moon.

If not, then in my last few months I would journey on foot to a quiet place undisturbed by mankind, where I and my trusty walking stick would transform into a tall and ancient oak after a murmured incantation.

Otherwise, I'd just want to be cremated and had it overwith. I don't need an overly-grand ceremony for my death.

I dunno... I usually don't die in my dreams, and don't think of what happens after wards. So... assuming I don't get cryogenically frozen and reanimated in the year 3000, or cheat death by some other equally unlikely means, I guess I would wanna be somehow rigged to explode and launched at planet Mars or the Moon (whichever is uninhabited or unpopular at the time) so I make a new crater that can be seen with the naked eye, and the explosion would probably be seen from Earth too, so it would be on YouTube for about a decade at least.

If they're not advanced enough to use their future alien space technology to figure out where the meat-pod came from, then stuff 'em. They'd probably get wiped out by superior Human warfare anyway.

let me answer your question with a question of my own, why would you care? whether your brain shuts down, or your whisked away to your mythical fantasy-land of choice, what does it matter what happens after your gone/in a better place? your connection with this world has been severed, your either unable to care, or if the rumors of eternal bliss are true, you shouldnt care. if i'm not conscious or aware within it, i couldnt give a flying fritter how my body is dealt with. knowwuimsayin?
