I had the weirdest dream of my life last night

I was an all girl k-pop concert setting up the stage and a midget came on the set and started messing around. The girls gathered around the midget and started to blush over him. The girls picked up the midget and set him up on a ledge yelled at him to jump. The midget dropped down and hung on to the ledge while the girls yelled shimmy at him. He started to shimmy across the stage and the girls cheered him and began to celebrate. They girls were about to start the show until One Direction popped out and told the girls that they wanted to perform with them. The concert started and the first song they played was a cover of Prince's 'Play in the Sunshine' and the crowd was losing their shit. The crowd also didn't notice the fucking midget hanging off of a ledge a good 10 feet off the ground.

So what kind of dreams have you had?

I had one when I was seven or eight when I started to sleep without a light on for the first time, gave me some crazy ass nightmares. The only one that stands out sounds like I took some heavy drugs before sleeping so prepare yourself.

The dream started with my having a unique pet. This pet had the body a velocoraptor from Jurassic Park, a blue body with red stripes, and to top it off, past the neck it just had an eyestalk and a massive eye. So this thing was friendly at first then for some reason, which I can't recall anymore, went crazy and tried to kill me. So not only was it a blue extinct reptile with a eyestalk for a head, it could also transform into other animals including: a scorpion, a king cobra, and a small bug that whenever it was crushed would multiply itself. I woke up right before it did the killing blow by lunging at me with it's claws.

That is without a doubt the weirdest dream I've had, it really scared me too. So much that I slept with a light on for the next year because of it.

I posted this in the last such thread, but it was a pretty good one, so I don't feel too guilty about copy-pasting it here:

I had the most fucked-up dream a couple of weeks ago.

It was the future. People had found a way to transfer minds or souls between bodies. But only into "empty" bodies. So if a person died you could take someone else's consciousness and put it in the body. The process also involved regenerating any damage to the dead body, so the new tenant wouldn't just drop dead straight away from whatever killed the original person.

The dream took the form of an interview with an actor. (I wasn't involved, there was no "I" really, I was just observing everything from an outside perspective.) The actor was going to be starring in a biographical movie about someone famous who had died recently and was going to be transferred into the dead body of the guy he was playing, so, y'know... he'd look exactly like the person he was acting as. Apparently the future people did not consider this whole thing to be extremely creepy.

Anyway, so during the conversation the actor admits that he doesn't know how the transferring technology was invented. So the interviewer starts explaining it to him. While he's explaining, the dream starts throwing up these brief flashback-style images of the story he's telling. This is where it gets gross.

He explains that the technology was accidentally discovered during at a hospital during a hazing gone horribly wrong. A bunch of drunken nurses got their new colleague drunk and high, then walked her down to the morgue. There they got the corpse of a big fat guy which had all all the organs removed, opened it up, stuffed the nurse bodily into the chest/abdominal cavity, then stitched it up with her inside. (No idea how she fit in there, I guess she was quite small... or just dream logic.) Then they set about injecting the corpse with every drug they could lay their hands on, which was a lot, since it was a hospital. Eventually the nurse stops screaming and kicking inside the corpse, whereupon they realise they've taken it way too far, panic and rush out. A few minutes after they're gone, the corpse starts to twitch its legs. Then it starts flickering and kinda phasing from side to side (think the tears from Bioshock Infinite). The final image of the dream was the fat corpse lying on a gurney with all these giant syringes sticking out of it, twitching and flickering, then right at the end, the corpse, eyes still closed, opens its mouth and lets out a dry, croaky scream.

Then I woke up.

So yeah. Like I said, totally fucked up. I have to give my subconscious points for pacing and story structure though.

It's the first dream in ages that I actually remember. Well, that and the one with the dusky skinned woman with thick legs and perfect hips, but you don't need to know about that one.

One of the weirdest dreams I remember from a while back. Trowa Barton from Gundam Wing walks up to me with a chainsaw and cuts my head off. I know you can't really feel pain in dreams usually, but I remember feeling a stinging sensation in my neck in the dream. I didn't die, he just casually walked away, which is pretty in character for Trowa.

Another one I remember recently. I was in class, I had my old elementary school uniform on, I was with high school friends and classmates with one of my college professors teaching the class. It took one element from all three of my schooling experiences which was pretty cool now that I think of it.

I dreamt I died or something the other day and was living in some sort of purgatory for lack of a better word. Not really dead, but not really alive. Anyway, my dream version of purgatory is apparently an endless old forest filled with mist, fog, and skeletons.

I remember my fondest dream rather vividly.

Imagine a city of skyscrapers, at varying heights, all made from mirrored glass. Now imagine that this city is partially submerged in a tropical lagoon, as far as the eye can see, the waters so blue and crystal clear that you can seen the golden sand beneath. Now imagine you have web-slinging powers, ala Spider-Man.

Now imagine slinging around this mirrored city at ridiculous speeds, not a cloud in the sky, nobody but you.

It was amazing.

Unfortunately, all I seem to dream about lately is my ex.

Even sleep won't let me escape...

I think I still remember the first dream I had as a child.
I was running away from a monster inside my house, it was dark and there was a sort of meteor shower/fireworks display going on outside, which scared me more cause I was afraid of fireworks as a kid.

So I run into my dads study, and try to hold the door shut as the monster pounded on it, finally the monster broke through and I got my first sight of it. It had the body of my mum with water balloons instead of eyes, I still remember the colours, a blue one and a orange one, with Freddy Kruger like hands and a wide open screaming mouth.

Then I woke up
and pissed my pants

When I was in my very early teens I had recurring nightmares of the masked Scream guy coming up and stabbing me, after a late night viewing of the first Scream movie that terrified the crap out of me.

It was just a "Scream guy is chasing you" dream either, but I would be having perfectly regular dreams and he would just pop up out of nowhere and chase and stab me. It got so bad it was happening about every other night, I started to get sleep deprived because I was waking up several times most nights from him attacking me.

Then I started to recognise that whenever he turned up it was a sign I was dreaming, and I just huddled down with my eyes closed knowing that he couldn't actually hurt me. It worked for a week or two, and then I stopped dreaming about him altogether. I managed to keep lucid dreaming for a few months after that though. It was awesome.

Well my recent one (a day ago) was with me going back to school and some reason I had a camping backpack on me. I went into the classroom and sat next to my mate back then (he's now a former friend of my).
For some reason I had to head out and go into another classroom but once I done and try to head back to the first room, I got lost inbetween the different classroom but I got into the right one in the end (then I woke up).
I'm guessing the whole kids heading back to school this week is the cause of my dream.

I have some pretty wacky dreams. Here's one I had recently:
I'm at a lake, with my father, and we have to dispose of two bodies. My dad insist that just placing them at the bottom of the lake and covering them in rocks is the best way - I disagree, but he won't listen, so we do it his way. We start driving away in a minivan, and after 10 minutes I receive a phone call from a friend who tells me that the police have just found two bodies at the lake we just were at. "Oh shit", I think, "We're so going to get caught!". My father pulls in to a tank station, and we enter the shop to get some ice cream. After we've paid for them, I decide that I want another ice cream instead, that's slightly more expensive, so I put back the one I got and take the new one. As we walk back to the car, my father panics and tells me "You can't just take a new ice cream! That's stealing", but I tell him "Well, the cops have found the bodies, I'd say stealing an ice cream is the least of our concerns". We drive on, but soon we're stopped by a police car. I'm certain that we're caught, so I pull out a gun and kills the police man. My father drives on in the minivan, but I jump into the police car and starts driving it. I make it to a bridge, and to my horror, I see that the police have blocked it, only letting people through after they've inspected their car. I wait in line till it's my turn. A police woman approach, and I roll down the window. "You don't look like a cop" she says, to which I respond "Oh, but I am!". "Really? Tell me, how do you operate the radio?" she asks. I start fiddling with the radio, but I got no clue on how to use it, so I finally admit "Alright, well, you got me... I'm not really a police man".
Then I woke up.

I have horrible dreams, they're persistent and I dream of a slightly better life than the one I have now. It's basically my life with all my little goals met. Fucker seems to run in real time too, all this adds up to me being disappointed when I wake up as I'm then in the crappy version.

When I say persistent I mean more along the terms of a continuing story, not a repeating dream. The dreams start with me waking up and going through my usual day. I get up, go running, cycle to work, work, go to they gym.

I do all that usually but I'm not really in that good shape still. In the dream I'm in the shape I picture myself and I'm in a happy relationship so I see my girlfriend after the gym, we'll hang out and play games then call it a night.

I then wake up here and go through my normal day minus the girlfriend and peak physical fitness.
