I don't really remember that much of my early childhood and I'm just wondering what you guys (and gals) remember.
I would like to say that my earliest memory was something normal, like a holiday or having my photo taken, but it's not. My earliest memory is in fact... eating cat food... I know. Its disgusting. But who cares? I was two! those crunchy little pellets looked sooooo tasty!

mmm... cat food...

What??

I don't remember events, but my earliest memories are of music. Specifically Always the Last to Know - Del Amitri, I Miss You - Blink 182 and In too Deep - Sum 41.

But that's just me.

I was 3... or almost 3, I know it was in the first year of kindergarten-whatever-it's-called. There was this dinosaur toy which I thought was really cool.

Must be around 1986, making me about three, I was sitting around watching some American thing on TV [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Highway_To_Heaven] with my dad. Then my grandma came round to look after my younger brother while my dad and I went driving in his nasty orange Austin Allegro to collect my mum from work.

I have absolutely no idea how or why I'd remember something so utterly boring, particularly when I have no memory of much more important events.

Very young. I was sitting in the back seat of our car slapping my older sister with my leg every time my mother looked away. She thought my sister was just being whiny and told her to shut up, I did it again and also told her to shut up.

Sibling rivalry at its best.

I know right, it would be a triceratops but it had a mouth lined with shark teeth.
