A while back I bought Smackdown: Here Comes The Pain because I heard it was the best wrestling game ever. I doubted it. So I had a few matches and they were good but nothing special. So I decided to play as Goldust and fight against Rob Van Dam in a no DQ match on hard. ONE HOUR LATER over a dozen tables had been broken. Nearly as many sledgehammers had been busted and even more chairs had been broken. RVD rolled me on a table. He went to the top rope. Both of us had every part of our bodies in the red. He jumps of the rope for a FIVE STAR FROG SPLASH. He lands it THE FRACTION OF A SECOND after I rolled off. He smashes through the table and hits the ground. He slowly starts pulling himself off the ground but I rap my arm around his head and DDT him into a chair and get the pin. At the point my fingers felt like they were going to fall off and I had just experienced my favorite match in a fighting game EVER.

I love seeming top-tier teams get smashed tourney vids are often so very boring when everyones using the same damed characters/teams time and time again.

I was playing Super Smash Brothers Brawl at a friends house online. I picked Sonic, I was facing Snake, Meta Knight and Pit. Of course, it was the usual: Smash Balls on High, no other items, Final Destination. Anyway, I was doing all right, up into the smash ball came. Everyone went batshit: Meta Knight was slashing everywhere, Snake was jumping around, Pit kept on spamming his Smash B attack. I went after it, and in a blind panic rapidly pressed the B button. Then I heard this:

NOW I'LL SHOW YOU! ERRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRAH!

I completely destroyed everyone else. It was an epic moment in gaming for FirstToStrike.

I cannot remember specific fights since it's been forever, but it felt SOOOOOO awesome to finally master the ninja mole's teleport move in Bloody Roar Primal Fury. I was jumping and teleporting like a madman

Not so much an epic battle as it was an epic moment. I was at a friend's house playing MvC3 online and tried my hands at a ranked match. I had She-Hulk on point versus Amaterasu. I fucked my judgment and let loose with She-Hulk's level 3 super Sunday Driver (or whatever it's called) from about half screen, which results in less damage as well as it not looking as awesome.

Little did I realize, the Amaterasu player did her time freeze super and was right in the middle of her active frames. End result? Wolf goddess roadkill, and a nice - and hilarious - win for me.

Watching that video of Marn and Combofiend just reminded of something kinda similar that happened to me in the ranked matches.

I made some dumb mistakes and was reduced to one character versus my opponent's whole team. Much like Combofiend, my last character was Spencer. My opponent thought it would be a good idea to pull out a team super. I pulled out a Bionic Arm in the process, and completely destroyed his entire team off that single hit.

Goddamn... level 3 X-Factor is so broken.
