Stephen Fry's voice is heavenly whatever he's in, but I can't ignore the brilliant Keith David as Goliath from Gargoyles, and i must respect Nolan North, he's got a good range and does well, (if not great) in all the games/shows he's done.
My favorite voice actor is Lucci Christian. She is an English dub anime voice actor whose best roles are Duck from Princess Tutu, Asuna from Negima!, and Kosuna from Desert Punk.
Women:
Sarah Kestelman (Kreia from KotOR 2)
Kate Mulgrew (Flemeth from Dragon Age)
Shohreh Aghdashloo (Admiral Shala'Raan vas Tonbay from Mass Effect 2)
Claudia Black (lots of things)
Jennifer Hale (lots of things)
Ellie Conrad-Leigh (Zoe in Dreamfall: The Longest Journey)
Men:
Michael Ironside (Splinter Cell)
David Bateson (Hitman)
Troy Baker (Sgt. Matt Baker, Brothers in Arms)
James McCaffrey (Max Payne)
Roger G. Smith (Bao-Dur, KotOR1)
Sven Eriksson (Gustav McPherson from Still Life)
Got to be Kevin Conroy as Batman and Mark Hamill as the Joker. Although I love all Micheal Rosenbaum's work. Who knew Lex Luthor from Smallville was so diverse? Still love Nolan North too despite his overuse in games nowadays.
Plus Liam Neeson and Brian Cox. They give me goosebumps.
I liked all of the main voice actors from starcraft 2. They were overly dramatic and one-note, yes, but they were fun to listen to. Except the doctor lady you save in one mission who's name I forget. She was annoying.
Besides for that, Mark Hamill, and whoever voiced GlaDos
Sure, he's had a few crappy roles here and there, but I wouldn't want anybody else in the entire world to be the voice of Archer or Coach McGuirk. Not even Liam Neeson.
