A nearly indestructible god, a master manipulator and Evil with a capital E. And yet for some reason he has a tendency to sit around on other people's furniture.

Over the top hammy, yet the potential to be absolutely menacing? Yes.
A plan/device for anything and everything? Yes.
Tragically yet irrevocably evil? Indeed.
A character with numerous advantages that can be placed in any position and do extremely well in UMVC3? Yes.

Handsome Jack from Borderlands 2. Hilarious yet evil... you love to hate the guy.

Atrocitus from Green Lantern. He is just downright awesome.

c'mon... that face? naa... no way he totally concocked a 500 year old plan to resurrect god, diminish the world's population to less then 10% by using the protaganists thinking they were 'saving' the people, and spend hundreds of years torturing, experimenting, mind-raping and effectively shadow-running the government of sky-nazis that he used to be against... no, no, no... Krelian would never do that~

opening act: greatest opera in existence... sets the entire audience on fire with her mind because who knows, reasons? spends the next week tormenting protaganist, burning pedestrians, causing who knows how much damage, liquifying people, because 'reasons', mutating animals on whim, and oh yea, giving birth to the ultimate being meant to destroy all of humanity... and looking so good while doing it too... oh Eve, only you~

still two of the best villians i've ever seen, and half the reason they're so good? Blue and Orange Morality, they do shit because they feel like it and to them, its totally a-okay... 'evil'? these guys are beyond your mortal concept of 'evil' XD
