Stardew Valley for obvious reasons. It's a farming sim. What's not to be chill about?
Rebel Galaxy is slightly different. Yeah, there's combat. But it's surprisingly chill a lot of the time. You don't move very fast and you basically aim one way or the other. With the turret, you mostly just chill out and aim. Not to mention that I like the space cowboy aesthetic that it tries and fails to have with its soundtrack, which is really good regardless. Now if only playing the game made me feel like Spike Speigel, I would have no real complaints.
