I was playing Armored Core V today, and you use a lot of names as identifiers. (i.e. team, pilot, ac) and I saw some really kick ass names.

Blue Fox, White Rook, Spade, Urshanabi (the ferryman of the waters of death in Gilgamesh).
One of the clan's mantra's was: "You mess with the best, you die like the rest."
What about you?

Was it a callsign? A clan tag? Your gamertag?
What cool shit have you come up with?

Never mind cool shit, but way back in the day, when I was practicing for a Warcraft 2 tournament ...
My friends and I ended up in a computer lab in Melbourne university - 'cos they had the game installed there.

The local players thought they were hot stuff, and the 4 of us in the back were just quietly playing amongst ourselves, when those other guys got really into their chest bumping and trash talking.

So, one game, I decided to crash their FFA, and did so with the name "Twinkle"
They had no idea who it was, and they left me alone for a minute too long ... I basically facerolled 5 bases with my army.
They spun around, red faced, trying to figure out who it was, but we just chuckled and kept quiet.

As I got more and more into online stuff I tried using this name more often to create a more 'unified' identity. For SWTOR I made my legacy name 'Icefang'. Got some good individual names there too, but the one I think I like most right now is the one I made after becoming aware that all Sith classes that complete their storylines can add the 'Darth' title to their names.

And so I became Darth Odessa of the Icefang Legacy and member of the Shadow Knights guild.

Metal Gear Solid has had some good code names- Gray Fox, Sniper Wolf, The Sorrow, Mistral. I remember one time someone came out with a Metal Gear code name generator that used your first and last name somehow, and I got Thunder Snake.

Not my own, but back in college I used to play Halo:CE with a guy who had the profile name "Hung Wei Lo". I always got a chuckle out of that.
