Ok wow just saw this...totally aweomse.

Is the second one worth picking up? Can I play it without having played the first? And finally is it like GTA IV? Because I'd like a game with superior mechanics honestly.

Thanks for the help :D

The Dark Souls trailer. It's like they're saying "You don't stand a chance in hell."

Skyward Sword, if only because DAT SONG is so wonderful :D Nothing gets me going like a good Zelda song, so I'm a bit biased in that regard. And I still can't believe that's Zelda's Lullaby backwards.

Though really, the best all-around trailer was probably Bioshock: Infinite IMO.XD Just gets me more pumped to WANT IT!!!

Lemme fix that up for you:

I agree it was pretty sweet and reminded me to get excited for the next installment.

Personally, the Bioshock Infinte trailer gave me a better idea of what to expect and how vast the game would be. And I'm impressed:

No it is not like GTA, its a lot sillier. You can customize basically anything and can become nearly bullet proof if you get all the upgrades. You will miss some things if you dont play the first but you really dont have to. The mechanics are a lot more run and gun, no cover system here. The cars control unrealistically and fun and you get to paint building with shit.

Basically, just put "youtube=" with whatever numbers and letters you see at the end of the video url inside square brackets.

I did your video by putting this:

youtube=LlmSzZKeExY

inside square brackets.

Catherine! But I'm still trying to figure out how to explain this to my mother. She'd let me play it but at $60 she may have some questions.

I have to go with this:

For overall quality, I really liked this. Good background music, good pacing, good atmosphere, great visuals and just... good everything, really. Particularly the eargasm voices that Darksiders' world seems to be full of.

Plus honourable mention goes to Assassin's Creed: Revelations cause... well it had a slow motion fight set to kick-ass music!

I really enjoyed Silent Hill Downpour, Asura's Wrath, and Never Dead. Asura's Wrath had some cool use of South East Asian mythology, Never Dead looks to have some interesting mechanics as the protagonist is immortal, and I still love the Silent Hill series. Even if the past couple have been crap. I think it still has potential in the right hands.

I want to say ME3, but I didn't find it that good. Quality wise the trailer is great. But I felt they went more "Blow up aliens with big guns and rock music!" trailer route rather then their past trailers where it sets the tone for what the game will be like storywise, emotionally and such.

So, I'm gong to go with Bioshock: Infinite. Elizabeth at the beginning sends chills down my spine.

ALL OF THEM.

Seriously, a lot of sweet trailers hit E3 this year I feel. Especially impressed by Saints Row The Third, OverStrike, and Street Fighter 3: Third Strike Online though.

Prey 2:

It just does a really good job of making the game look interesting, and I never even played the first Prey (though I understand that this one is radically different aside from also being a first person shooter). This is definitely a game I'll be keeping an eye on, pretty much just because of this trailer.
