Your Favorite FPS

So I was going through my old games the other day, when I found an old copy of Time Splitters 2. I put it in and realized just how much I absolutely love this game. So then I just started thinking if anyone else likes this game as much as I do. So I ask you, just what is your favorite first-person shooter game and why?

Personally, my favorite is Time Splitters 2. I just love the frantic gameplay and all the different types of game modes. And the selection of characters is simply just of the funniest kind.

And a quick note, this forum is for everyone to say what their favorite FPS is. So for the sake of not pissing anyone off, no bagging on anyone's choice. Just enjoy the forum!

The Darkness:i pick this becuase for an FPS,it had a great story,and told it excellently.(Jenny.'Nuff said.)
the combat was fun and intuitive.

or,

CoD4:Basically the same reason i like the Darkness.

i guaranty this ends up being a slam halo 3 fest but while its still sane Timesplitters 2 is a really good FPS. but my favorite is still CoD4.

I always like Unreal Tournament for multiplayer. You can actually pick out a server on that.
If I feel like taking my stress out on ficticous opponants, I'll stick Black in my Playstation.
