Cross Edge.

Sold something like 50.000 copies...I guess hardcore crossover Jrpgs with complex battle systems aren't for everyone...even though everyone shouts about innovation and whatnot...odd if you ask me.

It's probably my favorite turn based battle system after FFX's one and the story was worth it just from a pure hilarity form, even if you didn't know like half the cast you'd still love it...but I guess people weren't into it due to the sprites not being HD enough or something >_>.

They've lost they're appeal now, but anyone remember the old Learning Company games? Things like Gizmos and Gadgets, Operation Neptune, and Math Blaster? Always a lot of nostalgia. Also, the very first Lego Island.

Anyone else here ever play James Bond: Everything or Nothing? My siblings and I still play the co-op campaign a LOT, and always enjoy it.

S2: Silent Storm. And I'm pissed cause I can't find my copy anywhere and it's like $60 bucks on Amazon. When I got the game it was like 20 bucks. this depresses me......amazing turn based WWII game IMO.

I have never really seen anyone playing:

Awesome game! Would have liked to get into the multiplayer more but no-one really played it...

and if you DO play it you are awesome :)
I still don't get all the hate for this game. It's great fun and the online is great, especially the co-op levels but as you said no one plays it.. And the take downs are just badass.

Hmmm. I'm-a have to go with Dungeon Keeper and Dungeon Keeper II. Great games, quirky macabre sense of humor, nobody I know seems to have played them.

Mine would have to be Mystical Ninja starring Goemon (N64), Joust, Grim Fandango, DotT.

Secondary to those would be an old arcade ROM called "I'm Sorry".

I don't know anyone who has heard of it, let alone played. The sequel was awesome too.
I still own it.

OT: The chronicles of Riddick : assault on dark athena
Was my favorite game of the year when it came out and I didn't hear about anyone else having played it.

The MediEvil series. Maybe I'm looking through the wonderful rose-coloured spectacles of nostalgia, but Christ I loved those games.

Never played the first one, admittedly, but this is a great game!

Also, I'm very surprised no one's mentioned it yet, but:

This is nothing short of an amazing game, and definitely my personal favourite. After looking on it longingly with rose-tinted glasses, I got a PS2 again and replayed it, and boy I was not let down. Perhaps a tad on the easy side, but definitely unique and so fun! And also, gorgeous to look at.

When I try to talk about Robotron 2084 or Herzog Zwei no one seems to know what I am talking about.
Shhhh! Don't talk about Herzog Zwei! Otherwise I would lose the 'RTS-games-can-never-work-on-consoles' card. ;)

Yes they can. They can work very very well.

My favorite under appreciated title has to be...

The Incredible Machine <youtube=EJbEDlDDVVc&feature=related><youtube=c6ltTyiKik4>

This is the most satisfying game in the world!

I'm dying to get my hands on this. It's virtually impossible to find and I've heard fantastic things about it.
