Predator: Concrete Jungle.
Make it a full-on free-roaming sandbox rather than being level-by-level based. Always loved this game and thought it would have been amazing to be completely free-roaming. Think GTA, only you're a frickin' Predator. :3

Dragon Age 2.
Let you pick your own god damn race.
Seriously, I know a lot of people like to beat up on DA2, but I liked it. Only had a few problems with the game and that's one of'em.

The Witcher 2 could do with more even and consistent combat animations, plus the ability to cancel attacks into a parry or dodge. Funnily enough, apparently those changes are appearing in The Witcher 3. I'd also like to see potions moved from items that can only be used during meditation to items that be can equipped to pockets, like bombs, traps and daggers can. Perhaps they could have a reduced effect if taken outside of meditation? In any case, these changes would solve some of the "fake difficulty" issues the game has.

Persona 3-basically, improve it's gameplay to Persona 4: GOlden level, e.g. allow direct control of our companions and cut all the random skill inheritance bullshit. Allow male protagonist to bond with team members instead of classmates, or at least give us that option (for example, to choose between Junpei and Kenji for Magician arcana). And last, allow us to bond with girls, without becoming their boyfriend! I feel kinda like pig after bonding with all ladies.
Been a while since I've played it, but I recall being irked that MC refused to associate with team-members that he couldn't womanize. Guy was a whore.

Yeah, kinda. That's why I really liked Female protagonist in P3 Portable. Most social links are team members in her campaign and you can befriend guys without becoming their girlfriend.

I'll start with Bayonetta. First I would basically switch her head with Jeanne's. Her body is just disturbing to look at and it does not help the game at all since it is going for a kind of sex appeal. Add more audio tracks to the game for battle music. The main one actually starts to get really grating after the first five or six times.

Final Fantasy IX- Make the combat faster and less boring.
Persona 3- Either remove Strega, or make it so that they actually have a decent reason to be doing what they are.
And, since I literally just played this, Persona 4:
Make it so that the dialogue choices with yosuke in namatame's room aren't opaque as fuck. I mean, I had to look up a walk through because the game makes it really difficult to work out how to proceed, seeing as there is only one path which allows you to get the normal/good endings, and it is hard to work out which one it is. I actually almost stopped playing after getting the bad ending where the team decides that namatame is the killer, as I though it was the real ending, but then I remembered that I hadn't heard any of that cool final boss music.
Strega does what they do because for them using persona is painful, they want their pain to end. This fits in with the whole reason for Nyx even existing being the human desire to end everything. The human will to suicide if you will.

My two additions are pretty broad and can be applied to most games.

Optional drop in/drop out Co-op

Australian Servers.

I'd have to answer Civ IV. Not entirely sure what I'd do to improve it. Many of the problems I have with it I could theoretically fix, but it would take away from the feel of the game, which is not something I'd want.
I 'unno, no feckin' unit stacks would be nice; pretty much the one thing I didn't enjoy about Civ IV, and why I'm currently enjoying Civ V. Kind of makes building an efficient, effective empire when all your shit can be upset by a stack of 18 units advancing in one square, because the only way to counteract that is with an equivalent unit stack, which can easily take up most of your production and easily sets at least a few cities back, so you can't fully gain an advantage elsewhere. Either that or I'm just really bad at Civ, which seems more likely.

Basically, the depth of Civ IV with the hex-grid and one-unit-per-tile of Civ V would be perfect. Not that I don't enjoy both for their respective quirks.

That was one of the things I didn't like about Civ V. Don't get me wrong, Unit stacks were shit, but the 1 unit per tile wasn't that great either. Changed the feel of the game rather dramatically when combined with the hex grid and multi-stage attacks, and it felt more like a JRPG fighting game than Civ in that department, at least to me. I liked the fact it got rid of unit stacks, and allowed for a more guerilla style fighting technique, but it just felt completely different - which is why I added the whole "... take away from the feeling of the game..." part to my comment.

Halo 4

- make the friendly AI able to drive (well!)
- let the friendly AI go fully automatic with their guns, (you have miniguns for gods sake!)
- make the spartan IVs actually feel like spartans not just armored marines)
- stop shooting the dead bodies more than you do when they are alive!
- let me pilot a pelican or Broadsword in spartan ops!
- make the covenant weapons an actual viable option in multiplayer
- stop giving the marines rocket launchers if they never use them right! (same goes for sniper rifles)
- what the hell happened to the headshot instakill with the human sniper in campaign/spartan ops?

All I can say is CIV 3, unit stacks killed you 99% of the timeas that last unit got your town. One unit, Imo, sounds a lot better but I haven't played it so I wouldn't know.

Also another improvement to Dead Space 3 is if the space part wasn't so boring, and I knew where to get the other 3 Scav. Bots.

Co-Op for Offline would be most appreciated, even the bots for Black Ops 2 were a nice addition.

Favourite game is Fallout 3, and they could improve it by just having more! The DLCs were alright but didn't really add more world to explore save Broken Steel and Point Lookout. Oh and some of the hilarious characters from New Vegas wouldn't have been bad, although Moira Brown and Amata will always have places in my heart.

Well Fallout 3 the broken steel dlc was a one time visit sort of a thing, Point Lookout was overbearingly strong even at level 30, so I beat that got a double barrel shotgun + Backwater rifle and left.

Nice addition, you know, minus potential Ken romance...

Timesplitters 2
- Rework the graphics because they look dated (cel shading perhaps?)
- Fix the aim system so that it feels less awkward I just wanna aim a bit higher up.

Devil May Cry 3
- Mid level enemies aren't very fun to fight seeing as they can't be launched
- Quicksilver and Doppleganger can be more trouble than they're worth sometimes.

Devil May Cry 4
- More Dante portions. Just when you start having fun they pull another character change on you.
- More Dante variety. Come on Nero had dozens of moves and abilities he could unlock its ok we have NG+.
- No Bloody Palace time limit. Some enemies are just a pain to kill and the time limit forces you to rush.

Fallout 3/New Vegas
- When I can name 1 or 2 categories for weapons that are the "best" we have an issue (assault rifles and shotguns for 3, silent snipers for NV)
- Broken Steel enemies have far to many HP which can drag on fights
- New Vegas enemies fail to utilize special ammo types which lowers practicality for the player to use them (I know I don't buy ammo)

BioShock - Plasmid in one hand, gun in the other (like in BioShock 2). That is about the only way I can think of to make it better.
