Pepsi Blue (though that was discontinued) and supposedly Mt. Dew Code Red is supposed to be limited edition, but most places I see sell it semi year round (usually a good portion).

As for limited edition food, I'm not certain. It's not limited if there's a place I can find it, so you're asking to choose what's not there. But let's go with ahhh...what was it? Oh yes. Bacon And Eggs Combos, the only Combos that don't taste just like EVERY OTHER BLOODY COMBOS SNACK. I look for uniqueness in flavor in these things.
