Hardcore nerd is a good one. Two incredibly conflicting images in my head.

Minigun springs to mind.

Have you seen those things? They're usually huge!

That's not really an oxymoron though, that's just ironic.

Mine would be...humane.

A term derived for doing something with human qualities. Funny, considering humans are responsible for the genocide of entire species just to flex their dominance on the world.

And yet it means to do something with mercy. I don't think that being human is being merciful...so yeah, there's my favorite oxymoron, even though most people don't consider it one. :\

Same goes for this. There's no real juxtaposition there, that's irony. (in your eyes at any rate)
