I have a level 100 one with Toxic, Wrap, Protect, and Rest. 614 defense and ~540 sp def.

When Draco Meteor only does 8 damage, you know you win.

From Gen V, it's a toss up between Axew, Tirtouga, and Cubchoo. Axew comes out on top. Just look at him! Plus, he really kicks ass if you use him as a starter. He learns dragon rage really early. Everything is one or two hit KOs until you get to about level 30. And it's just so sweet.
